Apartment Villa Topič offers one large apartment in the southern part of Baška Voda with the possibility to accommodate up to 10 people.

Baska Voda is a famous resort on Makarska Riviera, about 10 km from destination of Makarska, 48 km from Split. In the past, Baska Voda was a settlement of merchants, fishermen, farmers and sailors, and today it is a modern tourist destination with all the necessary facilities. Hardworking hosts make a significant contribution to the development of this city as one of the most desirable tourist destinations.

Location: An apartment is located in the southern part of Baška Voda, near the hotel Horizont, in a quiet location near the sea. It is ideal for a larger family or group of friends, it offers plenty of space for a larger number of people. There is a large living room, a spacious terrace with partial sea view. There are two parking spaces next to the house. Distance from the center is about 300 m and from the nearest shop about 150 m.

Accommodation: Apartment for 6-10 persons on the first floor with private entrance. The apartment has 3x double bedrooms, spacious living room with sofas and armchairs (used as an extra bed), TV, fully equipped kitchen including oven, large fridge with freezer, separate freezer, dishwasher and dining area. The apartment has 3 air conditioners (additional charge), 3 bathrooms (shower cabin or bath) with toilet, 3 balconies and a spacious terrace with partial sea view and outdoor furniture for sitting and relaxing, there is also a grill.
