Description of the offer

Villa Loza is a smaller, charming 2-floor stone house that can accommodate 4+2 persons in 3 bedrooms and a  gallery, that features a kitchen and a dining area on each floor and 2 bathrooms in total, and a terrace with BBQ.

Resort Moja Stina is located in the lovely village of Seoca, situated beneath the Mosor mountain. Here you can enjoy the stunning nature and the peace and quiet undisturbed, removed from everyday noise and traffic. The village of Seoca is located 17 kilometers from the city of Omiš.

Omis is a very popular tourist town, located between Split and Makarska Riviera. With its diversity, it can enchant every visitor. The beaches in Omis are among the most beautiful in Croatia, you can find fine pebble beaches or sandy beaches called Great Beach. For a more active holiday, we recommend rafting on the river Cetina or climbing to the ruins of the medieval Venetian fortress Starigrad, which rises above the city center, which offers beautiful views.

Accommodation:

Villa Loza is a three-room maisonette house with two kitchens and two bathrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. The first floor is composed of the kitchen and the dining/sitting area, one of the bathrooms, and 2 out of the 6 sleeping possibilities are on this floor (two single beds). The second floor consists of one bedroom with a double bed, an additional kitchen with a dining/sitting area and another bathroom. Additionally, there is one extra sleeping possibility on the gallery of the first floor, a single bed with its own wardrobe, as well as an additional sleeping possibility on a sofa bed. The house also features a lovely garden with BBQ facilities and an outdoor dining/sitting area, available for private use by the guests.

Equipment:

The house is fully equipped and comes with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, including full kitchen equipment (like a dishwasher, an oven, kitchenware, a coffee machine, a toaster etc.), a washing machine, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, SAT/TV (TVs on both floors), BBQ facilities and a garden. Free private parking is available on-site.
