Villa Mateo       

The villa is located in the cozy destination of Nemira, only 80 meters from the beach. The town of Omiš is only 3 kilometers away.

Nemira is a picturesque destination on the Omiš Riviera only 3 kilometers from the city of Omiš. Nemira is a quiet village that provides accommodation mostly in apartments. It is set on a slope and paths or stairs lead to the sea. You will find only a few restaurants and cafes, a small supermarket and ice cream shops.

Accommodation Villa Mateo

Villa Mateo is located directly above a beautiful beach with fine pebbles. Access to the beach is via a staircase that leads directly from the house. Each apartment has a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The driveway leads directly to the accommodation. There are 2 parking spaces and a garage at the accommodation, other parking spaces are located 100 meters from the accommodation in a free private parking lot. Accommodation offers a grill with seating.

Apartments A2+2

Each apartment consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. The standard equipment of each apartment includes: SAT/TV, air conditioning (use included in the price), Wi-fi or LAN internet connection in each apartment, balcony with sitting area, bathroom with shower and toilet, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, freezer and electric kettle kettle.

The price includes: apartment rental including energy and water consumption, use of air conditioning, final cleaning, sheets, parking, wi-fi, towels (once a week)
