Apartments Bristak

VODICE – New apartment house in the town of Vodice is located 300 meters from the beach and 900 meters from the center. Apartments Bristak is suitable for families with children, but also for young people.

Vodice - The city of Vodice is located 12 km west from Šibenik and it is the most popular resort on the Šibenik Riviera. Tourism, which has more than sixty years of tradition in Vodice, has developed into the main economic activity and made Vodice a well-known tourist destination. Vodice is ideal for a holiday full of fun and adventure.

Accommodation Bristak:

It is a new accommodation, fully air-conditioned and modern apartments and studios, which offer guests accommodation in a quiet residential area 300 meters from the beach. It is a modern part of the city of Vodice, which is only 900 meters from the city center. Accommodation is suitable for families with children, but also for young people. You can easily reach the beach directly from the accommodation. Next to the beach is a beach promenade that leads from the center of Vodice to the neighboring destination of Tribunj (1.8 km). A mini market and a fast food stand are located just a few steps from the accommodation. Guests have free parking for 2 cars directly in front of the house, other parking spaces are provided a short distance from the house. An outdoor shower is available in front of the house.

Apartments and studios:

Studio S2 for 2 people without a balcony - the attic studio on the 2nd floor is suitable for younger clients and offers a bed for 2 people (160 cm), kitchenette with dining table, bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning, TV.

Studio S2 for 2 people with a balcony – on the 2nd floor there is a smaller attic studio for 2 people. Ideal  for young people. Guests have at their disposal a bed for 2 people (160 cm), kitchenette, clothes rack, air conditioning, TV and bathroom with shower and toilet. Seating is possible on the balcony, which is shared with the neighboring studio.

Studio apartment S3 for 3 people - attic studio on the 2nd floor offers a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (160 cm), kitchenette, air conditioning, TV and bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a separate bedroom with a bed for 1 person (140 cm) with its own air conditioning and TV. Sitting is possible on the balcony, which is shared with the adjacent studio. 

Apartment A4+1 with 2 bedrooms - on the ground floor of the house there is an apartment with 2 separate bedrooms (each bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and TV), a spacious living room with a couch (can be used as an extra bed for a child up to 10 years old - sofa is not folding), equipped kitchen and dining table, bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, large terrace with seating.

Apartments A6+1 with 3 bedrooms – on the 1st floor of the house there is an apartment with 3 separate bedrooms (2x bedroom with a double bed, 1x bedroom with two single beds, all with their own air conditioning), living room with TV, kitchenette, dining table and sofa for 1 person, bathroom with shower and toilet. The balcony is accessible from the living room and from one of the bedrooms.

Stay with a dog is possible - only small breeds up to 10 kg for a fee of 10 EUR/day

Price includes: apartment rental including energy and water consumption, use of air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, parking, wi-fi, towels (once a week / change for a fee)
