Description of the offer

Villa Ana offers a total of 18 apartments and is located in the beautiful town of Bol on the island of Brač. This place on the coast is famous for the beautiful Zlatni Rat beach, which is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe.

Bol – is the most popular destination on the island of Brac, located on the south side of the island below Vidova Hora. At the same time, Bol is one of the most luxurious resorts on the Adriatic. Thanks to the world famous beach Zlatni Rat, which is visited annually by a large number of people. Beach Zlatni rat is about 600 meters pebble beach, which changes its shape depending on sea currents and wind, it is also very popular for sports activities such as windsurfing. The city of Bol offers plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars, you will definitely not be bored in this resort.

Accommodation Villa Ana:

The apartment complex with a total of 18 apartments consists of two neighboring houses, which are located in a quiet residential area on a gentle slope and 350 m from the beaches and 600 m from the center of the Bol resort. The apartments have a beautiful view of the sea and the Dominican monastery, which is 300m from the apartments. The nearest shops and restaurants are 350m from the apartments. A coastal promenade (2.5 km) leads to the famous Zlatni rat beach from the center of the resort, or you can also get there by tourist train. Guests have access to a swimming pool and deckchairs on the terrace. The parking space is located directly at the accommodation and 1 space is guaranteed for each apartment. The accommodation also offers a common room which is suitable for groups.

Studio S2 for 2 people – Studio S2 has 2 single beds (they can be connected), guests have at their disposal an equipped kitchenette with fridge, kettle, TV/Sat, air conditioning, WiFi, bathroom with shower and toilet. Balcony with sea view.

Apartment A2+2 – Apartment for 4 people offers 1x separate bedroom with a double bed, in the living room there is sofa for 1-2 people, equipped kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, TV/Sat, air conditioning, Wifi, bathroom with shower and toilet. Balcony with sea view.

Apartment A3+2 – Apartment for 5 people offers 1x separate bedroom with a double bed and 1x single bed, in the living room there is sofa for 1-2 people, equipped kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, TV/Sat, air conditioning, Wifi, bathroom with shower and toilet. Balcony with sea view.

Price includes: apartment rental including energy and water consumption, use of air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, parking, wi-fi, towels (once a week / change for a fee)

Stay with a dog is possible - only small breeds up to 10 kg for a fee of 10 EUR/day.
