Villa Lana

Villa Lana is located in the cozy destination of Nemira, just 100 meters from the beach. The apartments offer a beautiful view of the sea.

Nemira is a picturesque destination on the Omiš Riviera only 3 kilometers from the city of Omiš. Nemira is a quiet village that provides accommodation mostly in apartments. It is set on a slope and paths or stairs lead to the sea. You will find only a few restaurants and cafes, a small supermarket and ice cream shops.

Accommodation Villa Lana

Villa Lana is located 100 meters from a beautiful beach with fine pebbles. Access to the beach is partly by stairs. Each apartment has a covered balcony/terrace with seating, the apartments are facing the sea side with a view of the sea. The driveway leads directly to the accommodation. Guests have free parking spaces directly at the accommodation. The accommodation offers a terrace with a grill and a seating area. A grocery store, restaurant, bakery is 350 meters from the accommodation

Apartments and studios:

Studio S2+1 - one-room apartment with a double bed and with the option of a fold-out extra bed for a child up to 10 years old, equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, bathroom with shower and toilet, SAT/TV, air conditioning, balcony with seating and a direct view of the sea.

Apartment A2+2 - separate bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for up to 2 people, equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, bathroom with shower, toilet, air conditioning, balcony, SAT/TV.

Apartment A2+2  Side view - apartment with one separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for up to 2 people, SAT/TV, air conditioning. The entrance to the balcony with a side view of the sea is from the living room. From the bedroom there is an entrance to the bathroom with shower and toilet.

Apartment A8 for 8 persons - Large apartment on the 3rd floor of the house and has an area of ​​100 m2 with a terrace. It consists of 3x separate bedrooms (1x for 2 persons, 2x for 3 persons), living room with equipped kitchen, dining table, SAT/TV, 2x bathrooms with shower and toilet. The apartment offers a large covered terrace with seating and a beautiful view of the sea.

Stay with a dog is possible - only small breeds up to 10 kg for a fee of 10 EUR/day

The price includes: apartment rental including energy and water consumption, use of air conditioning, final cleaning, sheets, parking, wi-fi, towels (once a week)
