Description of the offer

Villa Rosa offers three separate apartments just 200 metres away from the beach.

The island of Vir is part of the Zadar riviera in northwestern Dalmatia. It is adjacent to the popular island of Pag and the mainland SPA town of Nin. It is 25 kilometres away from the historic Dalmatian town of Zadar. In 1976 was built a bridge that connects the island with the mainland. Vir is a small island with an area of approximately 22.5 km², with its 4500 inhabitants living in three municipalities named Vir, Lozice and Torovi.

Location:

Villa Rosa is a family house with two separate apartments and one studio. Apartments are an ideal place for a quiet and comfortable vacation. The nearest pebbly beach is just 200 metres away and the nearest restaurant is just 80 metres away. Villa Rosa is located only 3 kilometres from the centre of Vir and the  nearest supermarket is 200 metres away.

Equipment:

Each unit has its own covered terrace with outdoor seating and sun loungers . Barbecue facilities are available for guests in the garden. Parking is provided in a designated place.

Ground floor: Apartment for 4 persons - consists of 1x double bedrooms with double bed, living room with a sofa bed and equipped kitchenette with fridge freezer, dishwasher, TV/Sat, WIFI, air conditioning, bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, covered terrace with outdoor seating (approx. 18 m²), private grill, 2 sun loungers
